Returns + Exchanges

We offer 7-day returns. Items must be unused, and we'll replace anything damaged or incorrect at no cost. For standard returns, customers cover return shipping.

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you require a replacement of the same item, please email support@delphycandle.com.

Candle Care

  • For the first use, please burn the candle for no less than 2 hours. To maintain the fragrance, it is recommended to burn the candle for no more than 3 hours each time.
  • Each time you use a candle, trim the wick to about 5 millimeters.
  • Each time you burn the candle, ensure the entire surface layer is fully melted before extinguishing it to prevent the candle from developing memory rings that cause wax waste.
  • Do not blow out the candle directly with your mouth to avoid producing blank smoke. You can cover it with a candle snuffer or extinguishing bell for 5 seconds to put it out, or use a candle wick dipper or matchstick to immerse the wick into the wax pool to extinguish the candle.
  • Fire safety: Be caution of open flames, and do not use candles near vents of flammable materials. When lighting candles, do not leave them unattended or only with children or pets nearby, leave or extinguish before sleeping.
