Returns + Exchanges

We offer 7-day returns. Items must be unused, and we'll replace anything damaged or incorrect at no cost. For standard returns, customers cover return shipping.

Candle Care

  • The Decorations: If your candle features decorations, use tweezers to remove them before lighting, or at least any pieces close to the wick.
  • The Base: For freestanding candles, always use a heat-resistant plate to catch melting wax. Even if your candle comes with a wooden base, which is flammable—extinguish when 1/2" of wax remains, and always place a tray underneath the base before lighting.
  • The Wick: Always trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn. This ensures a clean melt and prevents smoke.
  • The First Burn: Allow the wax to melt completely across the top surface to prevent tunneling. Please burn the candle for no less than 2 hours. To maintain the fragrance, it is recommended to burn the candle for no more than 3 hours each time.
  • The Glow: Do not blow out the candle. Use a snuffer; or use a wick dipper to gently dip the wick into the wax pool, then straighten it.
  • Fire Safety: Be caution of open flames, and do not use candles near vents of flammable materials. When lighting candles, do not leave them unattended or only with children or pets nearby, leave or extinguish before sleeping.
